Acting on behalf of Corinthian Tax LLP, Tenant Advisory Group has successfully completed the acquisition of offices at Fountain House in Manchester city centre.

The chartered tax adviser has relocated from Regus service offices on King Street to take 1,082 sq ft of space on the third floor on a six-year lease. Located on the corner of Fountain Street and Booth Street, the 12,700 sq ft refurbished property with basement car parking, is also home to licensed insolvency practitioners, Unity Corporation, which took up occupation last year. This latest deal means there is just over 9,000 sq ft remaining in suites from 944 sq ft to 2,162 sq ft per floor.

Speaking about the decision to relocate to Fountain House, Brian Wood of Corinthian Tax said: “When we were looking to move, staying in the city’s prime core was our first priority. Fountain House offered us a fitted suite and we were impressed with the quality of refurbishment undertaken by the building owner. This move gives our business room to expand, and is on the doorstep of both our city centre clients and the city’s professional community, with whom we work closely.”

First Search

Tenant Advisory Group has been appointed by First Commercial Recruitment Limited to conduct a search for new offices in Manchester City Centre.

First Commercial Recruitment was established in 1993 and is based at the Regus Business Centre at 82 King Street, Manchester M2 4WQ.

Due to continued growth, First Commercial now requires conventional leased offices within Manchester’s traditional CBD.

Tenant Advisory Group will assist with the search process and the negotiation of lease terms. It will also provide due diligence support including building condition surveys.

Room with a view

Tenant Advisory Group has completed its move to new offices on the tenth floor of Chancery Place, 50 Brown Street, Manchester.

“Our new offices provide a spectacular panoramic view of Manchester city centre which can prove useful when pointing out opportunities during client meetings” comments TAG’s founder, Martyn Markland. “Mind you, on a clear day it can be distracting as we find ourselves testing one another’s knowledge of distant landmarks.”

Entire Satisfaction

The Tenant Advisory Group has just concluded the acquisition of offices for a newly established mortgage and financial advisory business, Entire FS Limited.

Until recently, Entire’s founders held senior management positions within a financial advisory firm based in Knutsford. Some months ago they decided to set up on their own account and it was soon clear that they were going to need more than just a serviced office in order to house their growing number of staff.

The directors wanted a property that matched their aspirations for the business as well as a location that would be convenient for their employees and clients.

After a comprehensive property search the business opted for The Warrant House in Altrincham town centre. The former police station was built in 1915 but was later extended and converted to offices in 1995. It provides a high quality office environment in the heart of Altrincham town centre close to extensive retail and leisure amenities and within an easy walk of the main transport interchange and public car parks.

Earlier this summer, Entire FS secured approval from the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) to trade as a directly authorised firm specialising in residential mortgages, pensions and insurance advice.

The company is currently based at the Regus office centre at Manchester Airport and plans to move to The Warrant House later this month once its fit-out works have been completed.

Tenant Advisory Group managed the property search, lease acquisition and due diligence process on behalf of Entire FS Limited.
