Lease Assignment and Sub-letting

We use our extensive network of contacts within the property industry to identify disposal agents that are “best-in-class” and free from a direct conflict of interest. We then manage the whole process as your Transaction Manager ensuring that the disposal is effected as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
Lease Surrender
In some case, landlords may be willing to grant an early lease surrender in exchange for a cash reverse premium. Our team has the professional knowledge and experience to minimise the premium that is paid. In some cases, we have saved clients hundreds of thousands of pounds on a lease surrender. We start by quantifying the full extent of the lease liabilities up until the earliest termination date (i.e. break option date or lease expiry date). We then use our knowledge of the local market and the latest legal precedent to negotiate the most favourable outcome.
