The acquisition of new executive offices for Godel Technologies has just completed. Godel’s suite on the twenty seventh floor of City Tower in Manchester city centre will be handed over to fit-out contractor Egan Reid, very shortly.

Godel plan to move their executive functions from Manchester Science Park later this summer as the business continues to grow.

Space, Lies and Measuring Tape

The founder of corporate property advisers Tenant Advisory Group, will be a speaker at this year’s Facilities Show being held from 17th to 19th June at ExCeL London.

TAG joins BIFM

Tenant Advisory Group has become a corporate member of the British Institute of Facilities Managers.

Facilities management is one of the fastest growing professions in the UK. Facilities managers are responsible for many of the buildings and services which support businesses and other types of organisation.

BIFM is the professional body for facilities management (FM). Founded in 1993, it promotes excellence in facilities management for the benefit of practitioners, the economy and society. Supporting and representing over 14,000 members around the world, both individual FM professionals and organisations, and thousands more through qualifications and training.

A Taxing Mission?

The Tenant Advisory Group has been instructed to acquire new offices for Manchester based tax planning consultants, Corinthian Tax LLP.

Corinthian Tax LLP was established in December 2011 and provides high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to its own clients and those of other professionals such as accountants and lawyers who might not have the requisite tax expertise available in-house.

The company is planning further growth and now requires larger premises. It has instructed TAG to undertake a comprehensive search of the Manchester office market for suitable premises and hopes to relocate from its current premises in King Street by September 2014.
