Data analysis company Wright Dose Ltd have signed a new five year lease on part of the fifth floor of Charter House in Altrincham.
The company will be relocating from its current base in Marsland House in Sale later this year. The move allows Wright Dose to double the size of its office in order to accommodate future expansion.
Tenant Advisory Group conducted the property search and acquisition negotiation for Wright Dose securing a competitive deal from landlord Emerson Group.
