Tenant Advisory Group (‘TAG’) has been appointed as property adviser to technical recruitment specialist, Jam Recruitment. Jam has been based in Marsland House in Sale since it was established ten years ago by its founder, John Morris. It now employs over 130 staff and also has a London office.
TAG will advise Jam on its lease renewal strategy and relocation options as it continues to expand.
