Tenant Advisory Group has successfully completed a complex leasehold acquisition on behalf of its client, ThreeSixty Services LLP.
ThreeSixty has acquired the part second floor of The Royals, Altincham Road, Sharston (8,117 sq.ft.) on a new 10 year FR&I lease. The landlord, Standard Life Assurance Limited was represented by JLL. The existing tenant, Danwood Group, was represented by DTZ.
Martyn Markland of TAG explained that the transaction was far from straightforward. “Having identified redundant corporate space which was still being occupied by its tenant, Danwood Group, we undertook tripartite negotiations with the incumbent tenant and the superior landlord to arrive at a set of highly competitive terms. The result means ThreeSixty’s staff and clients can now enjoy a far better office environment at a significantly lower net rent than either their previous offices or most alternatives available in the open market.”
