Martyn Markland BSc MRICS
Martyn is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in investment, development and corporate real estate. He has worked for some of the world’s leading commercial property consultancies in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
In late 2008, he identified a niche in the UK property market for a conflict-free advisor that could help mid-size corporates secure better value and flexibility from their commercial property. He also recognised the need for such advice to be rewarded in line with performance. In early 2009, he founded the Tenant Advisory Group (‘TAG’) which is one of the only commercial property consultancies in the UK that acts exclusively for corporate tenants. Martyn’s vision is for TAG to become a leading advocate for the financial and legal interests of corporate tenants.

Mike Donovan
Mike has been involved in the Telecommunications industry since BT was privatised in 1983.
He has extensive industry knowledge and experience in advising on all BT services and their major competitors. He can provide technical advice in areas such as business continuity as well as call centre, mobile & VoIP technologies.
Mike also provides due diligence support to relocation projects. This is due to the fact that the telephone exchange that supplies your new building could be a significant factor in determining the suitability of the location. For example, the availability of certain telephone services and bandwidth can vary significantly from one exchange to another. This is particularly relevant if your business is considering the use of ‘cloud computing’, for example. This is where Mike’s knowledge and experience can prove invaluable.
In addition to his due diligence capabilities, Mike can also project manage the telecommunications and business continuity aspects of your relocation project.
